Looking for a ready made Login/Register Script.

Hello folks,
      I am looking for a ready made login register script for my website, I went through many tutorials for MSQL Database creating but it didn't made a very good result, so I need a ready made which creates/have created the Database with the script.

You can use Drupal as startup , it has every thing you need and if you give it sometime to learn then you can achieve almost everything required by 80% websites online.

You need mysql , php on your server to install drupal and use it and don't forget to read its online documentation because it has very big learning curve.
