Can drupal plugin work on Joomla and Wordpress..

i need you all who master programming to answer this fast...my question is are all plugins same?i mean if you download wordpress plugin,can you install it to joomla/drupal?

No Drupal Plugins will not work with Joomla and neither for Wordpress.

WP plugins will work only with Wordpress and that too with specified version.

Its impossible..
Is it possible that you can use tyres of a truck in a car ? You can't even use tyres of a another model of same car. Or even same car but different version (sometimes.)
