Unable to set home page in Simplemachines forum ?

Hello, Everyone I want to make a homepage for my smf forum. I have tried many tutorials b't they unable to help me. So plz provide me better solution for this. So, I could may easily able to set a home page for my smf forum. ! Thnx in advance... :D :)

It depends upon what method you are using, is it you are using custom action or using SSI to make it. SSI would be easy but Custom Action is also a good one.

They are various tutorial, decide first which one you need, try it then let us know.

Alternativley you could just use the Plug In SimplePortal it's simple, free and easy. It's what I use.
