what localhost do you use?
which is easier between wamp and xampp?

Both are actually easy, it depends upon your personal knowledge and preference , start with WAMP, if you like it then stick with it.

yes he is right both are easy but if you are a newbie i will advice you to install wamp server its very easiest as compare to xamp.

Tried only WAMP. Very easy to install and use. Not sure how XAMP is.
