How to get Facebook page url without number ?

Hi,

I have created a facebook page but my facebook page url is not good.. it contains number .
It is like
facebook.com/pages/mypage-name/23090283094

But I want it like
facebook.com/mypage-name/

But I am not able find any option and feature, how do I do this ?
help or guide ?

As far as I know you got to use facebook at your page for your desired URL and for doing this you'll find a pop up tab on the very top of your page. After some glean I found out a article which I haven't read deeply; it might be helpful for your issue.

They say I need to have 25 likes but I figured it out, actually I need to verify my account using phone or by adding credit card. I have confirmed that, once account is verified it will show option to chose custom url or will make it automatically for me. I am still waiting for sms confirmation on phone from FB.

Well, seems gaining my attention/interest. How to verify my Facebook account? I am most probably hoping mine is already verified; created 5 months ago? I am interested for that URL thingy too. Can I have a detailed explanation please.

If you create a new FB account, you will get url automatically but if you create FB page, your account must be verified via CC or phone.
