Nginxcp install error:SyntaxError: 'yield' not allowed in a 'try' block with ...

Hi.

I am trying to install nginxcp and when I solved one problem, there is another problem .

Now It says following error :

Why it is so hard to install ?
I have latest version of nginxcp which is v2.9
