I found the answer on getting our top header installed here on your foros, Thank you very much, so now we jsut need to get rid of that side padding

please look at www.e4job.com and notice the padding on both sides of our header - hence the question of how to delete the padding spaces ?

FYI - we selected Plimus (now BlueSnap) because it was the least hassle to join and most easy to configure - we can actually just send a common link in an email as invoice for payment

This feature of SMF but not theme but you can remove it,

In your Themes/default/Display.template.php
Code: (Find) [Select]

'print' => array('text' => 'print', 'image' => 'print.gif', 'lang' => true, 'custom' => 'rel="new_win nofollow"', 'url' => $scripturl . '?action=printpage;topic=' . $context['current_topic'] . '.0'),

Either remove it or comment it out.

I'm using Freshlooks, and it looks very nice. But, I would like to remove the print button, which is below each thread. How do I do this?
