How to hide unwanted form elements in comment forms Drupal 7

Hi,
       I am using Drupal to my own project . I am facing  some problem to modify it as per my requirement there are some unwanted fields in comment form like Subject and the attach image wich i want to remove permanently
can some help me to short out from this problem
