How to set Random or Static Backgrounds
Theme : Red it Random comes with ability to change background images, for that when you have selected this..

For Static Background:
Goto --> Admin --> Configuration --> Current Theme
and choose your background from the list apart of "Random Background" .


For Random Background:
Goto --> Admin --> Configuration --> Current Theme
and choose "Random Background" from drop down menu

Don't forget to save settings in order to see the results.

Thank you very much for your effort.  I was looking for a strong theme for my upgrade to SMF 2.0, and this will be it.  It looks great.

I have it installed, though not populated with messages and members yet.  Anyone who wishes can take a look at biopharmnetwork.org/forum2   I have the plain black background - we're very serious here.

I just love this Theme and was wondering if you would be making it in a different color some day?

I need a theme in the shades of brown, preferable #766b5d.

This these would be perfect if the header was white instead of bright red. The rest of the theme is great, love the red bars, text, everything else about this theme except the header which is hard to get your logo to look good with the bright red.

Well, I am currently busy in some of my client's projects, if I get time, I will definitely come up with color variations or similar design in other colors.

I liked your theme Red Random it, however it was not legal in my site due to be fixed width, could you help me, how do I change the width of the theme, the theme was the wrong portal, use adk portal 2.1, only this detail left to be desired, the width being fixed. If you can help me, I am grateful.

Hi,
i am using smf 2.0.2 and the excellent Red It Random theme, which is great,
however, i have a small problem, which is, i also have SMF Glallery installed, and certain pieces of text ,
like title, catagory title etc are showing as very pale grey against the white background, and so the titles appear almost invisible, other parts of the text look fine being the dark red,

i know its a matter of changing the colour codes fromm DDDDDD to 620000 so that all the texy matches, but i cannot find which bit of code i need to change it in,
can you point me to where i can find the particular piece of code i need to change ?
i've searched through the .css files but failed to find any relevant  bit of code, most likely because i'm looking in the wrong place

any help much appreciated,

the problem is in the gallery section

as you will see, the text above the thumbnails is almost invisible,
its these pieces of text that i am trying to change to a darker colour,

have changed code as suggested, but still no change in text appearance

attached are a couple of screenshots the first showing the almost  invisible text heading "Gallery"
and the second one shows the text highlighted for clarity,
the text is like this in the subsequent albums, and also on the individual picture titles too.
