How to add HomePage, designed by ourselves into SMF?

Tayab:
As this forum have a Home tab, describing the basic information. The template is the same but used the way you wanted it. I am wondering how to make pages like that.

Dilip:
Use Simple Portal or any other portal mod. It is quite easy.
