How to setup E-mail for viewers in my website?

I wanted to have a Email hosting thing so if someone want to have a email in my website as viewer@mysite.com and all can register their emails and access them as other email website such as G-mail, Hotmail goes. How can I do it?

Use Google apps for business. It has options to do what you want.

Thanks for your response Dillip. Unfortunately  that is not the one I was looking for and is only filled up with icons. I need each and everything related to SMF forum. (Category bars, buttons etc)
