Suggestion for modifying the permissions of "Showcase your website".

I saw a guy posted on the section "Showcase your website" and wasn't even authorized to. For the future solicitude we should modify the permissions of that board. Something like only whom who get his/her 220 posts done will be able to post/reply to the topic and else can only read it. That will make that board stacked and will not have to ban/mute every player for punishment.

That can be done, however there is better option in which all posts made in that section first need to be approved, that way we will not see any posts by member who is not yet active at I&B.

This is the solution too but the read only thing looks more clean and nicer. That's what I'd suggest.
