How to enable code autocomplete in Notepad ++
« on: March 06, 2012, 06:02:41 PM »
Hi,

I sometimes use notepad plus plus to do my small coding. I miss autocomplete it in. Is there any way I can do autocomplete in it , like I type function strpos(), it should start suggesting me its syntax etc.

Is there any plugin to do it or it is in built into it ?

That is easy and it comes built in notepad++ , if you have version 5 or higher, you can find it in
Settings --> Preference -> Backup / Auto completion
There just enable :
Enable autocompletion on each post
and
Function parameter hint on input
