If you are really talking about must have addons then I must say you need something like :
WP total cache or SuperCache so that your site is always run faster !

If you are an expert I suggest you wordpress seo by yoast. It has many features like seperate meta tags keywords, descriptions for archives, seperate post, search etc... Just check out that.
