How to Enable Profile Module in Drupal 7

Hi .
      I am using drupal7 to make website and I want a contact page in my site I tried to make these but got failed and I also download profile2-7.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz  and install successfully but I cant Enable this  module to use .
  Can some one help me .
