Mail not accepted by Rediffmail server (Bounced mails)

Today I came to know that none of the mail sent from our server to rediffmail accounts are being accepted. Redifmail says following :

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at rediffmail.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I thought its been blocked by user but it is same for every mail , I think rediff server is not accepting mail. Yahoo and gmail are fine and even hotmail. What should I do to solve this problem ?

Yes, Rediffmail is rather strict for bulk mails. You should make sure your server is sending proper header.  You may consider contacting rediffmail support for same. I was also unable to locate any details on their site for webmaster / server owner for this kind of issue.
