How to create own programming language

hi,
does anyone know somethings to create my own programming language? i mean the tool i need and how...
or if you don't know please tell me the easiest programming language (to make software)

Axel.. I can see you have high ambition but I strongly believe that you must first get some official computer programming training, that will make you  more professional and you will have answer to your 90% automatically.

creating your own programming language would be a massive project.  its best to use current languages unless you must create your own.  but for a simple one, few years ago i had played with visual basic.  try that.
