how good is oxwall?

i have used Boonex and its very powerful but it sweep up my money because the license,hosting,and plugin is not cheap.now i look oxwall,tell me your experience using oxwall.
i know oxwall abit,tell me if i wrong:
-they don't let us delete their ad
-their supports are friendly but not good enough
-the themes and plugin we're not good enough

I used oxwall for some time but i found it bit too difficult to manage so i shifted to jcow.

Jcow is good and almost same like facebook but i've heard that jcow won't remove their branding

just a mini link at bottom to jcow.net isnt any problem or u can remove that by purchasing the license.
