I use jcow because it is fast and lightweight and low cpu usage consumption.

i already use all of them and i think if you are a beginner you should use jcow because dolphin is very hard its for advance webmaster....jcow is free and the hosting don't need rms so it will be cheap,dolphin need license and rms hosting so its very expansive but it will be looks and work greater than jcow if u can master it
