How do Create Wordpress Admin User from phpmyAdmin ?

I accidently deleted admin account from my wordpress installation while I was doing something in phpmyadmin but now I don't have access to wordpress admin panel. I have access to phpmyadmin, now please some body tell me how can I create Admin user from database directly ie from phpmyadmin ?
