Cascasing Style Sheet - Board Creation Request

Cascading Style Sheets is the basic structure of styling your webpage however; I've seen many boards enriched with the topic (mostly valuable) so I think we should stretch the category "Programing" or "Graphic and Designing" bit more and create a new board of Cascading Style Sheet and itemize the forum. As I expect this section will surely fit what Administrators require for the board creations; "enhance IfandBut's credibility".
