Title: After Installing Drupal - Access denied error recieved

I installed Durpal from install.php with SQLite database. At first two options "Standard, Minimized" I chosen Minimized and installation was successful, but while going to my webpage it gives an error. The picture is shown below.

What is wrong with you, why don't you have proper title for the question ?

It haven't resoled, I selected SQLite since in Database thy were asking of Database name ans password and I didn't knew it.
