Title: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 error Mysql-ph

Hi
I am working on a small project and everything was unless today. Now suddenly it is showing error like this :

Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
I am simply inserting value in a table and I don't have any idea where do this error jumped in ?
