Aadmin tab bada khatarnaak ho jaata hai,

It is in Hindi but let me explain,
Man gets very dangerous when he is sticked to a very strict life of morning to office and evening return tired then again next day same routine. It is good to work but when you are so much into work then you becomes disbalanced from mind along with body.
