Title: Themes and mods category

Since IAB is not using content specific URL, separate sub boards for themes and mods will be very useful. Just been to SMF area, not able to find other mods by Ricky among themes.

We have new section for SMF mods and theme  (http://ifandbut.com/talk/index.php?board=17.0) . So SMF related general support questions will go in SMF support (http://ifandbut.com/talk/index.php?board=10.0) section.
