Title: Can't pay from Paypal without adding credit card

Hi

I have lots of funds in my paypal account and want to make a payment however when I try to make a payment on any merchant site , it redirect me to add credit card but I don't have credit card.
However I have hundreds of dollars in my account.

earlier I was able to send money easily and make payment easily. It just suddenly pop up .. :(

What should I do now ?

buy vcc card or e-mail the paypal cs to ask other payment method

without verify you cannot pay
if you have not a bank account or credit card then go to etrade.com
and signup then add a bank account insert account number and routing number thats it! your  account is verified :-)

I want to tell you that , it is not paypal who is  causing trouble, actually some merchants only accept payment from verified paypal accounts. So, you can still pay to those who have selected to receive payment even from unverified.
