My tip is to always keep an eye on their own and so observe the results can be improved, for example, I always see how my searching is this:
site:yousite.com

Always use Google's own tools with Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/analytics/) and Google Webmaster
 (https://www.google.com/webmasters)
Here's what really draws the attention of your visitors using Google Webmaster
 (https://www.google.com/webmasters) and site visitors who else back via Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/analytics/).

If you want to improve back-links to your site and URLs - this site will give you 25 Free Back-links per day.
