How to enable or Access Google Analytics Realtime data stats

Hi

I heard few days back that google shows google analytics data in real time. I thought its launched but I just required to see and when I check my google analytics, its not there.

Is it available to all or it is in testing phase currently ?

It is available for all provided

1. You are using the latest version.

2. There are no profile filters for your account.

I could see mine since around 2 months now. Very useful, I would have ignored many keywords otherwise.
